Shipping policy
Made to order
Every piece at Elle Couture is cut and finished by hand once your order is placed. Production takes 3–5 weeks from the day payment is confirmed, unless a piece is marked as ready-to-ship, in which case it leaves the atelier within 2 business days.
Worldwide delivery
We ship to every country we serve at checkout, fully insured, door to door. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the atelier.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, calculated and charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Delays
Production times can occasionally extend during peak bridal and event seasons. If your date is fixed, let us know when you order — we'll flag it internally and confirm a realistic delivery window before you check out.
