Ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are final sale — see our refund policy for full details.
How to request a refund
- Email atelier@ellecouture.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll confirm whether your piece is eligible and send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
