Want to send a piece back? Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
How to request a return
- Email atelier@ellecouture.com with your order number and which piece you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and packing instructions.
- Pack the piece exactly as it arrived and post it back to us — keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are final sale, since they're cut specifically to your measurements — see our refund policy for the full terms.
